Step #1 – Everyone who is over the age of 18 and will be residing in the community must fill out a separate online application and pay the $35 screening fee (per application).

Step #2 – Each adult who fills out an application must submit 3 months of pay stubs.

Step #3 – Thomas Estates will call your current employer, current and former landlords, to verify employment and rental history.
