Thomas Estates is a quiet, secluded, tree-filled Manufactured Home Community, with mostly permanent long term residents.
In addition to our manufactured home spaces, we have Long Term RV Space Parking for large or small trailers, 5th wheels, and Class A and C motor homes. Our spaces are large and spacious with beautiful countryside views.
We are located just 3 miles outside of Paola, Kansas which is 50 miles south of downtown Kansas City.
Paola (population of approx 6000) is a beautiful town with a rich 150-year history and offers many amenities and great schools.
Paola offers many services such as restaurants and a Walmart Super Center, but if you need something more, it is a short 30 min drive to Olathe, Kansas, or about 40 min drive to Overland Park, Kansas.
Our community is not an RV campground for quick overnight stays, with people coming and going.
We are not an RV storage facility.
We offer year-around RV site rentals or month-to-month rental.
